what emulator do you have i found that epsxe works best and u will need a bios file for that as well i recamend scph1001.BIN works best extract the emulater to a folder of your choice then put the bios file in your bios folder inside of th esxe folder and delete the delete me file then runn the epsxe.exe and con figure it you may also need to download some plugins for grphix sound an cdr
