Manaman is right, on both counts. You can't have live links here, otherwise the file will be deleted.
And providing the BIOS files for Playstation emulators is illegal, as you are technically supposed to dump the BIOS from your own playstation.
I'd recommend deleting it, before anything bad happens... like a banning, though I don't know if you can get banned for this or not.
