Its actually kinda easy. Extract the files you downloaded, get daemon tools and mount it with it to a CD format. Make sure your settings in Chankast got the same drive number than you picked with daemon tools. Just experiment around a bit, took me 5 minutes to figure out, when you still have troubles just google for a chankast guide and you will find help.
