I have the same rar that the one i have upload on my computer and i have just checked it, he is perfectly ok.
Try winrar, the password is the good (copy-paste), i can assure it (have you the 2 parts?)
Sometimes, it don't work with 7zip or others, so its better to try with differents programs.
If REALLY, it don't work, i can re-upload it, but i am pretty sure that he is ok, so be sure to check all solutions please.
