It is because you need at add a GPU to your plug-in folder

Try one fo these three and just drag them into your plug-in folder

OpenGL2 plugin v2.09

OpenGL/Direct3D plugins v1.77

P.E.Op.S. Soft GPU v1.18b

Any of those should work
