Under windows I believe this can be found in the task manager (alt + control + delete).
1. Start the program / game. 2. Open task manager (control + alt + delete or right click on your start menu and click Task Manager). 3. Right click on the process and click "Set Affinity" or "Set CPU affinity" or something similar. Then uncheck all but one CPU. There is also a way to start processes automatically with just one core, you can use google to search for that. |
