Final Fantsay 8 files not working

theres sumthing wrong with the ff8cd 1 i have 7zip but after i tried to extract the 2 files for ff8 cd1 about after 60%it states Data error in ff8cd1.img files is broken, why? plz i relly want to play the game been seaching for it for ages thanx in advance.

make sure you got the correct password, i had the same problem because i had the wrong PW to extract the file, now it works.

no it doesent even ask u for a passy... i had the same problem today..

i downloaded both parts of disk 1.. and downloaded 7 zip.. normally it should work wit winrar but it wasent so i thought sumthing was broke so i got 7 zip.. then it only reckognized cd 1 part 1....

It extracted just fine. I used 7zip 442 and the following password

http://www.emulatorworld.com

Before you extract the files make sure that both parts of ff8 cd1 are in the same location.
