Final Fantasy 7

I know there are a million of these "My Final Fantasy 7 is broken." threads, but I couldn't find one with the same problem I am having. As soon as I start the game the movie freezes randomly then starts back up again. Any thoughts on why it would do that?

Also, When I get into the game play I can't see the bottom part of the screen (the part with the fighting options).

Yup,

Basically, depending on the video plugin you're using, there is a fix for this particular game that will make the menu work correctly. If your plugin has it, it needs to be checked.

Nevertheless, in my experience, the game runs best with P.E.Op.S Soft Driver and "Nice" selected under "Default settings." As for the game being cut off, that could be solved by the above setup I mentioned. The same may go for the opening movie or you may just have to restart your computer.

Does that work for you?
