The movie your looking for was actually called Generation X, not Mutant X. It was based off the comic, within a year or two of the comic debuting, if it's the same movie I'm thinking off. It was about the group of teenage super heroes, Jubilee, Skin, Monet (or M), Mondo (who was big and fat and a traitor in the comics), and then a few made up characters who weren't in the comics at all. If the correct title doesn't help you, then I don't know what to say. I'm sure you can find it on Ebay, my former roommate actually had it on DVD, but it was horrible quality, though suitable for a movie equally as horrible. Though it wasn't as bad as the never released Fantastic Four movie, or, even worse, the why-the-hell-did-they-release-it Daredevil movie. *shudder*
