hmm, ive been playing that seiken densetsu, its messed up, BESIDES the scary dancing merchants, the two characters you're not controlling get themselves hurt constantly, a bit of a challenge on the keyboard ill say

we did have a smiley like that, but that was on the old ways, with the alien smilies
but to stay on subject, so far ive seen more proof of unoproph's sites, so come on prove to us that you have better sites, we want answers and the ability to emulate at the touch of a button(or mouse click)

 earthbound hater eh? If I was anywhere near you I would give you a peice of my mind but its not worth arguing and making every one listen to us bicker....:laugh: Just so you know there are tones of Earthbound fans out there. Enough of that..... Its not worth getting worked up about.

hmmm, i thought hawk was a chick, the resemblence is uncanny it's still hard to get your characters to go where you want, but it does seem to be a pretty good game, it has my reccomendation :up:

haha.he does kinda look like a girl. even though you get to choose your own character, the real main character is obviously duran. even though his story is stupid it turns out to be a lot more. here are the clues.. on the cover he is in front, hes the only one that uses a sword, and he has that hero type attitude.
ummm...maybe..a SPOILER... i don't really know[/siz] what are you gonna turn your characters into? you know they have class changing on this game right? you can choose a dark side and a light side. you get to transform 2 times.i turned duran into a paladin. light and light. (he can turn weapons into anything he wants (fire, water, thunder, whatever) and he can heal, he also has some pretty cool attacks. i turned angela into a black mage type thing, dark and dark. she has some really strong black magic attacks. and i made hawk into a mixture, i think this class was a ninja or something. he was light and dark. he had a little bit of magic and he can make his teamates and himself a little bit faster and stronger and stuff. if you don't understand what i'm talking about, you will . well anyway here are some pictures of my team. heres regular duran heres a picture of duran as a paladin *sigh* looks just like me, light dark skin and red hair heres duran as a duelist heres angela heres her in her all light class heres her in her all dark class (my fav) heres hawk Heres him in his light mode (really doesn't look right) heres him in his dark mode (waay too cool)well i'm bored so here are a few extras durans beginning  angelas  and hawks  NOOOO HE DIDN'T DO IT!![/img]

i HAD to choose angela, just look at the picture up there, she's...uh... superior, in many ways, lol
actually some of the plot is pretty obvious, or at least it seems obvious, in some places and yeah, i read a book in the game about class change, at lvl 18, and then lvl 38, but you need an item for the second one the only problem with duran is he's SLOW, he attacks, then he has to rest for a few seconds, attack, rest...

sure duran is slow, but when he attacks, he ATTACKS. hes just the muscle, his specialty is power hits. the game would be too easy if he attacked like everyone else. and kzero there aren't that many earthbound fans. i didn't say that there were none. just not that many, i only know 2 or 3 earthbound fans

At least there is one person that agrees with me about EB, I think the 64DD was released in japan but never realy got used that much, I hear that they are considering on converting EB 64 to a GC game, I'll keep my fingers crosed.
Duran is alright... but from my experience both the theif, and the wolf guy, (forgot the names) deal more damage, just because they hit twice. Also because of their double attack they fill up their special bar realy fast. I still like duran though... I'm a big fan of paladins.

sure they hit twice but it only counts as one attack, their special doesn't go up any faster. i don't really know how weak your guys durans are but mines take away more damage then hawks and kevins two hits even if you do add them up. and you really need duran if your gonna fight the moon beast because he will change all of your weapons into moon weapons and if you hit him it will give him energy. duran can just change your weapon into the enemies weakness.
and earth bound probably isn't that bad. its probably just the fact that the first rpg i played was chrono trigger (i thought it was dragonball z at first....) i can't go from chrono trigger to earth bound. i might die. and besides when i did start played it to see the story i had just gotten through beating tales of destiny 2....
