I am having the same problem as someone had earlier. My screen stays black when I try to run it after selecting either vibration setting. My computer is a intel centrino duo with a nvidia graphics card, epsxe, pete's d3d driver and daemon tools. Is there something wrong with my computer...did I forget to add something. Do I need to extract part 1 and part 2 of each disk together...(I have no idea how to do this)...Any and all help is appreciated. Ciao!

I've been researching the problem, and there seems to be some sort of difference between the coding of Chrono Cross and other games (such as Breath of Fire IV, Legend of Mana), where Chrono Cross may need a patch or the sorts, I've tried patching it, and it still did not work, so I am still looking further into the problem. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

hey red its like this is how the dl rules go at megaupload.
every 2 hours you are allowed to dl about 250 mb
so lets say you dled 2 files of 225 mb that would be allowed since the first one wasnt 250 mb yet but once your complete downloads are higher then 250 mb you will have to wait 2 hours to download another game.

hope that helps,

Greetz,

Jonasz

Each file downloads via the same IP its a shared gateway so multiple users downloading via the same address means that you might be unable to download at busy times etc.

lol, new problem, i figured out how to get past the first issue, which was just setting the command line to -noauto and checking the odd/even bit hack fix in the video plugin config. but now, when i started playing, I was in combat, and when i selected elements while in the combat screen, the game glitched. Any further leads there?

hey, i'm trying to extract the .img file from disc 1 and, after i enter the password, it gets to 100% (or 99.whatever) but it says:

! CRC failed in the encrypted file Chrono Cross Disc 1.img (wrong password ?)

hmm. is the password wrong? or was my download corrupt?

thanks, and i'll be sure to vote if i can get this working.
