(PSX) Final Fantasy VII - NTSC-U (1.3 GB)

Alright. All the links work fine for this one, except part 1 of disk 3. Whenever I try to download it, the "save as/open" window doesn't pop up. Rather, it just takes me to the URL:
www10(dot)megaupload(dot)com:800/files/676916a2fcc92fea42b7181fab1bee18/FFVII%20Disk%203.7z.001
I've tried repeated times, at different times, and still the same thing. I'll continue trying and post if anything happens.

On a lighter note, I really appreciate what you guys are doing. I've looked long and hard for FF7 roms and found none (save this one). Thank you very very much for all your hard work!

Alright part 1 of disk 3 downloaded fine...
but it's entirely unusable. You extract it, but then all thats in there is 1 file which is "FFVII Disk 3.7z" which can't be mounted, can't be extracted using Winrar, Winace, Winzip, or the 7-zip thing. All of them say it is "damaged"

Ok it just got worse. Part 2 of disk 3 is actually identical (contents wise) to part 1 of disk 2. Plus it has a wrong name in the link (ff8 disk whatever)

Look man, I'm going to try and be nice about this...TRY. Do you see what you have done here? You are making post one after another within 5 minutes of each other. The description of your problem is eractic to say the least. You need to take a step back, think before you post and clam down. There isnt any help to give you if all we have is sporadic babble over the course of several post. Also, I just tested every single link and they all work just fine. Please dont make one post after another like this and take your time when you are trying to do something because it looks like you are getting things screwed up by not taking your time.

"FFVII Disk 3.7z" is not a file that you would mount. Again Google is a GREAT THING for people that dont know anything. Its a 7zip file, meaning you need to extract it. Look, download ALL the files and THEN extract them. Then extract the files inside and you will have your file. Next time, dont trash the forums with all these post and maybe you should learn some basic computer knowledge before you go trying to do things like this. I dont mean that to flame you, I'm saying it to help you.

Yeah sorry for all the posts.
I downloaded them all, and they all downloaded fine. I got the 7zip as well, and all the archives from the first 2 disks work perfect; playable, extractable. They are perfect.
The 3rd disk however, does not seems to be extractable (downloads fine, it's the extraction that doesn't work for these 2 files). I tried it with 7zip, and all it extracts are files of the same size and of the same name (minus the .001 extension and it's being recognized as a 7zip archive still), which is strange. It seems like it isn't opening the files whatsoever. When trying to extract again, an error comes up saying C:/<pathname>/FFVII Disk 3.7z.001 is not suppored archive. Downloading is no problem, it's now the extraction that isn't working. I'm doing the same things I did to get the other to work(put them in the same folder, extract them and voila all the files were there), which they did wonderfully.
I realize that the file isn't mountable, as it isn't a .BIN, .ISO or an .IMG. I would not have bothered even trying, however, I did it simply so I could try everything.

This may sound stupid but it works sometimes. When you download files data has to travel a decent way. Because of this some of the data can/dows become corupt. I know its not what you want to hear, believe me..lol. Try downloading the third CD once more and that might fix the problem. Also, when you open the first file of CD1, just right click it and then click OPEN. The box will pop up asking if you want to select a program from a list (if you do not have 7z files tagged with any program). Select WINRAR from that list. Once winrar opens the file, just click extract and it will extract to that same folder.

If this doesnt work for you, then you could request that the files be uploaded by someone that has already downloaded them since you are having problems with it. I would do it but I'm in the middle of a close to 400gig file download at the moment and it would take me until next Wed to do it..lol. I tested all the links for you, started each download and then cancelled them because of my current download, I wish I could do more. BTW, use the edit option next time instead of posting so many messages. Also, try breaking up the issue as shown in the sticky thread in this forum. ie:

Game name:

Thread link:

Issue:

Additional Informationif any)

And try not to be so frantic with your information..lol. Its just a game and the problem can be resolved fast. If not, you can find the game on ebay for like $4 or in EBGames, Rhino Games and many other game stores used for around $10. Good luck

Well, I'll retry downloading it in the meantime, and search for disk 3 somewhere. It's bound to be someplace. I got disks 1 and 2, so it's nowhere near a loss =D

Well this is what I found for you bro. The first is actually the PC version, you might wanna try it because it will run better than an emulated version. I'll post the links in the share section under "other" for you.
