burning roms to disk

im new to this whole rom thing so i just wanna know if i burn a playstation rom straight onto a disk, will it work on my playstation and or emulator? is there any special way i have to do it? cheers,

Do a google search for imgburn

I say do a search since I am not able to post up links yet, should be www . imgburn . com

Go there and download the program, then make sure you have the iso you want to burn onto a CD

Insert the CD then burn at the lowest speed since PSX has a slow read speed

Then you should be able to play it in your PSX or on your comp through an Emulator

Keep in mind I have not tried this, just from whaty I have read that is how you do it

I have however used the program so it is safe to use

The file the game is, it can also be a .ing .cdd any of those plus more

Basicaly make sure it is a file your emulator can read
