ePSXe Emulator on mac?

Hey guys, this is my first post on this website. I posted this question on Yahoo Answers, but haven't gotten any definite responses, so I'm hoping you can help me out.

A few months ago I downloaded the Emulator ePSXe, as well as the Roms for all 3 disks of Final Fantasy 7. I got FF7 from this website actually (and it's baller as hell, so thanks a lot and nice job) so maybe you guys know exactly what I'm talking about.

I have a PC, but need to buy a laptop before I go off to college. I'm considering buying a mac, and I'm wondering if any of this stuff works on macs. I'm really hoping it's possible for me to just put the emulator, Roms etc. on a flashdrive and switch them over, because the download process for all of the various things was pretty tricky for me (because I'm technologically retarded.) It took me like 5 hours of trawling through forums to get the Emulator, Bios, Roms etc.

So, if I just switch the Roms etc. to a mac will they run? And if not, can I download them anew on the mac? Or do they just not run on macs at all?

Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate it.
