Ok here's the deal, I have a commodor64 emulator called comeback64 or CB64. I know it works. The problem is my laptop, it's a brand new hp tablet notebook with vista home premium. When I try to start CB64 it tells me "this system does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate..." I want to know if there's an easy way to get it to work.
The other thing I tried that to my surprise worked (sort of), was using another emulator named DOSBox 0.72. I opened CB64 in dosbox and it came up, but it was god awfully slow(slower than a real commodor64 way slower). But it worked, so if any one has any ideas on how to speed it up I could try that to.
(I miss the old days of sitting around for hours playing BeamRider, Bruce Lee and Double Dragon on the old 16 color monitor with crappy sprites for characters.)
Oh one more thing I have a working commodor64, complete with screen, floppy drive, quick load cartridge, joysticks, and about 100 games/programs on floppy. Any one know what it's worth?
Artman, for your actual C64 It depends on if everything is in pretty good condition. If everything is in pretty much good condition, probally 200ish. That's just a C64 owner with tons of games for it. If there rare games, up the price. I'd say start at about 100ish. It will probally make it up to 200 :P
