Do I need a specific BIOS file to play PAL games?
I tried starting Resident Evil 3 and it would start for like 3 seconds, then just freeze (the game would freeze, not my emulator/computer). Is this because i need a special BIOS file to run PAL games or something?
Oh, and also, I have another question. Is there anyway to play an eboot on a psx emulator, or any way to convert the eboot to a playable file? Or are eboots strictly for psp use? Thanks in advance

Hmm,
I guess I'm out of the loop. I'm not familiar with eboot. If you could explain it, I may be able to add some thoughts. As for BIOS, it's best to nab PAL BIOS if you're running a PAL game. SCPH-1002 was the first PAL BIOS and SCPH-102 is the most recent. Peace, manaman
