New site layout
Here it is, finally, the new layout! Took way too long to finish it, due to various reasons, but I hope everybody thinks it was worth the wait. Especially because now there are commercial ROMs on the website again!

Looks good... makes me jealous that I still have a long way to go before I'm fluent in PHP language so I can ditch the PHP Nuke system
