Super Mario Bros. The Movie

Did you know there was actually a live-action movie based on the Super Mario Bros.?

BUT DON'T GET EXCITED. This is one of the worst movies ever made. True it had an all-star cast and was the first-ever movie based on a video game, but it was an udder POS. It lost almost half as much money as it cost to make it, and got a lot of bad reviews. Yet some people actually LIKE this film, besides me *sob*.

Wikipedia article.

To save you from wasting your money, you can watch the entire film on YouTube or even PM me for the whole thing:

Part I
Part II
Part III
Part IV
Part V
Part VI
Part VII
Part VIII
Part IX
Part X

Oh and just so you know, I plan to become a game designer in the future, and I am NEVER going to allow ANYONE to turn my games into movies. Only one person will be allowed to do that: ME! And that's what I plan to do...

I do believe I watched this movie when it came out... sure was an utter dissapointment. But add a case of beer and watch it with your game loving friends... then it's endurable with a lot of jokes LOL.

I own it. Yeah, it's not the best movie but I would call it a classic. Its one of those movies that are so crappy that it's entertaining. Plus... John Leguizamo and Dennis Hopper! Wow wee!

I was one of the few who enjoyed the super mario movie.

It has been forever sense ive seen, or even heard anything about it. Sorry for bringing back a seemingly dead topic, but I thought the world should know that the Super Mario movie had at least one fan!
