Many cultures have these creatures or creatures similar to them in their mythology. A gryphon derives its name from Middle English griffoun, from Old French griffon, from grif, from Latin gr[ymacr]pus, gr[ymacr]phus, variants of gr[ymacr]ps, gr[ymacr]p-, from Greek grūps. A dragon derives its name from Middle English, from Old French, from Latin dracō, dracōn-, large serpent, from Greek drakōn. A gryphon appears in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Three thousand tiny sailboats sitting in a row with eight porcupines profiting from the situation makes Jack a . . .

You really should have remembered that it's better to be restrained that to go about wildly under the pretense of "fun and games."
