I enjoyed Hot Pursuit more than most of them (and I own almost all of them).
I also liked Porsche Unleashed as well (or Porsche or Porsche 2000). Many people disliked Porsche Unleashed but I enjoyed the more realistic driving and physics... it just should have been released as a separate game (rather than the arcade-oriented NFS).

Pro Street was disgusting. Porsche Unleashed was awesome. I loved Hot pursuit, and Hot Pursuit 2, so I think those are my faves.
