I am using PSXEven to play this game and I am having sound issues. Like, sometimes the battle music lags, the world map music won't play at all and the victory music doesn't seem to work either. It is kind of petty, but if anyone else had settings that works for them, help would be nice! I am on disc one, FYI.

Hey,
To be honest, I use ePSXe primarily and haven't experimented with the emulator you're using before. Do you download plugins for it? If you do, did you get Pete's plugins? If so, you should see options for what sounds play on the main configuration screen and if you do, you should check all of them. That way you'll hear all the sounds in the game. As for the lag, that's probably due to a video plugin (of course, if you're using them) that is making the game too pretty. I like Pete's P.E.Op.S Soft Driver in ePSXe and the "Nice" default setting selected. It's not as pretty as other plugins, but it will render things correctly. Good luck, manaman |

Hello,
Nanaki, that sounds like something I would do--though I have to admit, I don't particularly care for this game, so I wouldn't in this case. Veiraza, I see. Did my advice work for you? If not, I can find out more information regarding your emulator. Peace, manaman |
