Hi there Jazzaroo88,

Honestly, there is much debate about the correct or best disc to use. Personally, I've used just about any CD-ROM I've had around and never run into a problem. The only thing you should be careful of is making sure that you burn the disc at 1X speed. That will yield the best results.

If you're really hoping to get a solid burn, you probably should look into quality CD discs. In other words, while I can attest to the fact that they work, you probably ought to not go with Staples brand CD's.

Good luck,

manaman

What program would you need to burn a game to a disc?

Well,

If you have something like Nero, that would work. Basically any CD burning software which allows you to burn an image to a disc will work and that is a pretty long list. Just bear in mind that some software--some versions of Nero included--don't allow 1:1 burning. Check around. Or use what you already have on your computer.

Peace,

manaman

when burning the games onto disc(s), does the file have to be extracted beforehand, or can you just burn the zip file on the disc?

you'd need to extract them and then burn an ISO

AltairAl-Tahiir,

Please offer something useful in your posts. Laughing is always a good thing, though.
