LoL its a game obviously jesus Im quite tired of this nonsense btw the link must be broken but yeah its hard to find number one now so ur best bet is put megaman legends iso in google and find someone who is willing to send it to u or trade.Good luck

I know it is a game. But i've only heard of megaman 1-10

NHL the X Series isn't 10, thats the title of megaman, Megaman is constantly referred too in Megaman X as "X" which would obviously mean his name is X not Megaman.
So no, there have not been a megaman 9 nor Megaman 10, Megaman and Bass was not a direct continuation of the story but a side story. Besides when they get to X10, is it going to be XX, what about X20 would that be XXX. the X series is a continuation of the megaman series but the megaman in X is not the same one as the megaman in the original series.

yeh because he looks different. Megaman is megaman. Same company. I wasn't saying it was a different guy. I was saying it was the same line of games. All the games are the same except what you say it is a different guy. Same enemy, Through-out 5-XIII. Same type of shooting. Just new stuff in new games. Side-scrooling.
Edit:He may be called X. Because he was modified. His inventor decided to update him. Because he is different from the old megaman. He is Megaman X but they just call him X for short. This is my opinon and i may be wrong so dont crisis me if i'm wrong At the start it does say he is a new line of robotics. So i was wrong about him being the same. Megaman X was built by Dr. Light while Megaman was fighting Wily. Wily then one day released his super robot, Zero, to destroy everyone. Zero killed Megaman, Protoman, Roll, and the others. After Megaman got destroyed, Dr. Light released X, who was a far more advanced combat version of Megaman.
Of course all of this is speculation, but chances are most of it is true. Also the X series has a different main enemy (Sigma), all different enemies cept the helmet guys, and the bosses are all completely different (Based of animals, not humanoids). Plus the story is alot different. As for how Megaman Legends is... its a action "rpg". You do not fight bosses and gain their powers, instead you find weapons like Grenade Launchers and what not. The game is also in full 3d, and has shops and NPC's and the whole works. The game also has a half decent story, and the action is alright. In my eyes not a real Megaman game, but fun nonetheless.
