Manaman, this Middle Earth CCG sounds interesting. I myself am too bookish and busy for most RPGs. However, I do wish I had time to experiment with different games. I was deprived as a child.

I am an Phantasy Star player. I was really big into PSO back in the day. I started my own shop on a server and made a famous name by it too. Now im currently playing Phantasy Star Universe and that beats all the other PSO games in my opinion.

Heh, heh,

Once again we fall into the problem of differentiating RPG from . . . RPG! This thread was, I believe, started to discuss favorite so-called "table-top" RPG's. Things like Dungeons and Dragons and the like.

Nevertheless, great choices, guys!

Hey Manaman... MERP is the MiddleEarth Roleplaying... and it basically gives you the system to make characters and play in the world of MiddleEarth... you can even play before the ring was found... or during... lot of alternatives and lot of flexibility... I love it... pity Aussies don't play much RPG here

Oh,

MERP sounds awesome! I know an Australian Franciscan here. When he heads home I'll catch a ride so that I can meet up with you and play.

Just joking, of course, except that I do know and Australian Franciscan. Maybe he plays?

Peace,

manaman

Paper Mario 2,

You know, that's the way I felt when I played "Secret of Mana" for the first time. I know I'm going to get many a strange look but . . . I've never played "Final Fantasy VII." Crazy, huh?

Maybe I'll get the ISO based on your recommendation. You really sold it to me.

Peace,

manaman

Manaman: You should get FF7... it's a good RPG, but my all time favourite in the FF series is FF5 which is in japanese, but you can get a patch to change to english and emulate on PC with ZSNES or Snes9x

Thanks Lucullus,

I think I'll check them both out. Actually, I've only sort of played "Final Fantasy III" if I remember correctly. It was at my cousin's house and I just couldn't get into it. Only "Final Fantasy Adventure" kept my attention but that's really a "Holy Sword Legend" game.

Meh,

manaman

I Like most RPG's but my All Time Favorite which I am Currently playing again, has to be my favorite :3 even though its a bit on the easy side. The Story is Awesome and the way of getting skills for every party member is unique.
