There something wrong with the 2nd link. When i paste it and hit enter, the verification thing is there and i type it. I wait 50 seconds. I click download and nothing happens.... The 1st one and 3rd one works though. Can someone help me or give me another link to the 2nd part please? Might i add after i tried for 30minutes trying to get the 2nd part link to work i tried the 3rd part and it worked. The only problem is that the speed was cut in half. Wtf? i know nothing is wrong with my computer.

Sadly, I have the same problem. So instead I downloaded it off of a different website in 7 parts, but the file was in .cdi format instead of ISO. So I converted it using magicISO or something like that, and now it only reads the game as a music file. Help?

Hi, I'm new to downloading and extracting ISO's so could someone help me?

When I downloaded one of the files for this, the files are in a format I have never heard of before.

What I mean is the first file has a .001 extension after two other extensions including a .rar extension, this is the files name after I downloaded it: Sonic.Adventure.2.SelfBoot.rar with the primary file extension being .001, how do I extract these using WinRAR?

Do I need to convert them somehow? Any answers would be much appreciated, I've only downloaded DOS ROMS before, never anything this advanced.

Thanks again

Hi Shif7,

When you see the .001, .002 and other similarly named files, you need to use a program like 7-Zip (free and quality download). Highlight all the parts and then select extract. This will combine the parts (part 1, part 2 and so on, get it?) and give you the image. If you see something that is simply .RAR, you probably only need to use WinRAR or 7-Zip on that file as it's likely not a part. That being said, I don't know about this file, so if you still have troubles, take a screenshot of what you downloaded and I can help.

Peace,

manaman

I managed to extract them by combining them using another program, but now everytime I try to run it on Chankast it gives me an error, this error reads "Could not read 'dc_bios.bin'."

What tae do D:

I believe in this case it means you simply don't have the Dreamcast BIOS. If that is the case, you're going to need to retrieve them from your Dreamcast or acquire the matching set from a Google search.

Shif7,

I'm away from a gaming computer. First, you need "dc_bios.bin" and "dc_flash.bin" and second, I believe, you put those two files into a folder that is marked BIOS within the main program folder. I just can't remember for sure.

Good luck,

manaman

I got mine to work on null dc 1.06 but there are huge black marks all over when I play. The speed varies but the marks completely block anything ahead. Can anyone help?

Hey,

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to this one. Hopefully someone else who has used this setup might have some other thoughts.

Good luck,

manaman

Hi aze07,

I don't see anything. Would you mind describing what problems you're having and what settings you're using? Also, welcome to the site!

Peace,

manaman
