Are you sure the password for this zip is correct? Could you post the one that you used cause it keeps on saying that.

Shm1.1.part2.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file Shenmue 1 cd1.cdi (wrong password ?)

All is ok.
So, cannot help you more, dunno what is your problem, i use winrar for dezzipping and cut and paste for the password.

whotheman the password is correct

first ues winrar for dezzipping dont use 7.zip or other software and dont dezziping first part direct dezziping part 3 or part 4 only it will dezziping all part 1 to 6 and dont forget to put all part in one folder
and the password is same on the above

I use NullDC (but Chankast is good too), download the last version. And for Shenmue and the most part of DC games i use as plugins:
Chankast's videos (apr 1 2007) v0.2.5 (chankaPvr_win32.dll)
Image Reader plugin by drkll Raziel & Gigaherz (apr 1 2007) v1.0.0 (NullGdr_win32.dll)
nullAICA, built apr 1 2007 v0.1.0 (NullAICA_win32.dll)

Don't forget the dreamcast bios, and check if u have have all the dll libraries necessary if it don't function : vcredist_x86.exe and also maybe useful WinPcap_4_0_2.exe.

With that, i have perfect emulation in most of the games, the quality and the speed depend of your configuration.

It's not clear which links point towards individual CD's. I'm going to take a guess and say the last two of any grouping. I would download the very last two under "Alternatives Links" but I can't be sure.

Since there were some problems of download before, i have erased the alternatives links to let only the easiers.
It's divided by CD 1,2 and 3. U can in this way begin to play with cd1 without waiting the end of ur downloads.
(If any real problem with a part, say it to me with details please, i can fix it if its serious)
