I have no idea how to answer your first question, but it's relatively simple to extract images from PSX disks. Just get a program such as Magic ISO. Or if you have Nero, Alcohol, or some other burning program, most can "Write to an Image" if thats the case just click that, select which file format you want to use, (in your case, a .iso) select the save path, and you're good to go.

Do not ask for download links for the BIOS files. You will not get them, as it is illegal to provide them...

Google is a good search engine.

and what if its not a direct link to the file?

Hey Guys first off i would like to say hi second off, I download all the plugins the bios and when i go to Run BIOS it says No WGL Extentions and it does that when i go run CD-ROM Can some one help me out (also the CD rom plugin im using is Pete's something so if someone can tell me how to proprly confirger it would be nice)

Ive never had such a problem. Maybe you should try and download a different version of ePSXe or maybe you should try PSXeven, a pretty decent emulator as well.

I've done everything, and I started up a game (chrono cross, downloaded here) but the speed of it is 700 frames per second or something which makes it impossible to play =( If anyone could tell me how to fix this...
