Hey there,
Well, provided you have working BIOS and an accurate disc image of the game--or better yet, the game on hand--what you've described should work. Personally, I've found the most accurate emulation of this game to be through using the pSX emulator. You can find out more by checking out the guide FinalFreak made. Good luck! manaman |

hmm I have pSX1.13 and ePSXe 160 and an older version, iv read if I need it patched but I really cant figure out how to do those I have a faq on them but havnt tryed them yet
Iv read both you need em and dont need em, I guess unless you get a protected version of the game I downloaded them game from the PSX masterlist and everything should be working, I have Legend of Legaia and FF7 both working but not ff8 O and ff7 disk 2 wont work for some reason its a black screen also ![]() |

Hmm,
I admit I'm a bit baffled. Have you extracted the image from the archive correctly? All the parts, that is? And were they combined correctly. My best guess is that you need to try restarting your computer and trying basic settings or you need to find a better image of the game--perhaps another download is in order? I'm sorry, I don't know what else to ask or say, manaman |
