scph1001.bin download ok but opening file problem!
the downloading was successful but i can't open the file to install it. winrar won't let me. when i opened scph1001.bin in winrar a bunch of letters came up. there was no application type only a folder containing a file bin type. i don't know what to use to open the file and install it after i download it. thank you

You don't need to open or install the file. Just extract it in the bios folder.
