I had a problem opening games in NO$GBA also try doing this to open it
Double click the NO$GBA icon like normal, then select you rom and make sure autostart cartridge is checked If that still doesnt work then when the emulator opens go to File > Cartridge Menu (FileName) F12 Then re-load it If that still doesn't work then maybe your rom is corrupted and try re-downloading it I am still new to this but that is how I got my copy of advanced wars to sork because every time I would load it it would say please insert cartridge
