Help with Megaman Legends II

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I did post in the original thread but no response.

I have a problem with the Nino ruins part or any part that involves going underwater. When i go underwater the game is all messed up. It like lags so the music is all weird and I can't move much. I noticed that it goes less than 10 FPS and the whole game is unplayable. I also have the problem where there is no sound in the cutscenes as well. Help would be appreciated.

My emulator and plugins are listed below:::::::::::::

Emulator = ePSXe
Video plugin = psx emulation cheater 2.5--------Pete's D3D Driver 1.58
Sound plugin = ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.

Tell me if you need more.

Save file where I currently am:
h t t p : / / w w w . m e g a u p l o a d . c o m / ? d = 7 Z K 1 0 C P D

Had to space because it won't let me post.

Post your prosser Ram and video specs if you have an older computer that may be the reason.

post your save game and if i get time i will try to test it on my etial CD of the game

but it may take a few days for me to get time test t so i cant play that far in the game right now.
